This Limited Edition Red Ale was wild fermented for over a year in oak, bourbon barrels. Packed with tart stone fruit flavour and a spicy finish. This wild red gets its sour profile from a cocktail of Brettanomyces and lactobacillus. A truly unique Brew, aged for a special occasion.
